Important Information

 Verification Plus has seen a great increase in the number of applications received.  With this growth comes problems.  The help expedite your applications in a timely manner, we have developed a fax cover sheet that includes the property name, applicant's name, apartment number, rent amount and the move in date.  If you do not have a copy of the fax cover sheet, please give us a call at 713-464-9223.

VP Client Contest

Verification Plus appreciates its clients and would like to award the client that put forth the extra effort.  Beginning in August, the clients with the fewest mistakes will be awarded 15 FREE VERIFICATIONS.  The criteria is (1) only true co-applicants on an application (if they have different last names, they must be on separate applications), (2) using our fax cover sheet, and (3) having phone numbers for employers and rental history.

Each month we will change the criteria and we hope that each of you will be a winner!

Effective June 1st Verification Plus has a new manager.  Gary Copeland has over 25 years of management experience and some of you may know Gary from our sales department.  He is more than willing to speak with you regarding any problems or questions you may have.
